What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple, getting all information as possible to schedule. Giving a options over the call or text to make new customers feel comfortable with my knowledge of what and on what steps we could take moving forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the plumbing industry come up on 15 years now. Started in commercial work and moved into residential all service/ troubleshooting and repairs.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business from a neighbor who was already a established plumber. Just as a apprentice (digger lol), as I helped it always intrigued me on he was able to asset the situation and come up with solution sometimes multiple solutions to solve issues. The way a customer shows there relief after a completed job gives me great satisfaction.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say try to do a bit of research if you can. Google and even YouTube may give you a way to possibly fix it yourself or give you a good idea what needs to be done and good questions to ask.
