Frequently asked questions

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once the inspection is scheduled we email the contract and a payment link for those customers not attending the inspection or who want to pay online. Then after the inspection is completed, if the client attended the inspection we will go over in the detail all the things that are going to be in the inspection report. The report will be emailed to the client and their realtor(if desired) on the same day as the inspection.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed Home Inspector nationally with WA state the point of origin. 24 hours of state certified continuing education prior to each license renewal. Over 7,000 completed inspections.

Price is determined by square footage of the home.

up to 2000 sq ft =350.00

2001 to 3000 sq ft = 400.00

3001 to 4000 sq ft = 450.00 and so on. These prices are before any special discount or promotion.

How did you get started in this business?

I inspected commercial properties for Time Oil company for 7 years before going into business for myself.

I work well with anyone including buyers, sellers, real estate agents, banks, and mortgage companies

I love Dodgers, Lakers, professional boxing and Classic Rock N Roll concerts. Went to Deep Purple with Foghat in Costa Mesa awhile back...great show!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure your pro is licensed or at least certified by CREIA or ASHI. CA currently has no licensing or certification requirements for Home Inspectors

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

They should think about whether or not the pro they are hiring is licensed or certified to do the inspection and how many years experience they have.
