ShellBack Services LLC is veteran owned and operated with over 20 years of construction based experience. We are certified and insured through Home Inspectors of America and operate as an independent contractor for home inspection services. We are a member of InterNACHI which is the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
The attention to details that I learned in the military serves me well in my efforts to help homeowner's make an educated choice about their purchase.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential client inquires about our services, I will have a 10 to 15 min consult with them to understand their needs. We will cover basic logistics about where the property is located and any information they currently have about the property. Once we agree on an inspection date and the inspections to be completed we book the date and I do some homework. I research the property for age and any major repairs. I send a confirmation email containing a sample report, our inspection agreement and a copy of my insurance. Day of inspection, I try to arrive 30 minutes prior to our appointed time in order to start some exterior inspections. After inspecting the property I conduct an oral review of my report with the client present. My full written report is emailed to the client within 36 hours.
