We encountered an issue with outlets going out, but the breaker didn’t show any signs of tripping. Realizing this was beyond my expertise, I embarked on a quest to find a reliable electrician. That’s when I stumbled upon SD Electric Technologies. I was eager to resolve this matter promptly and hoped to find someone available on a Saturday. Fortunately, SD Electric Technologies dispatched an electrician within a few hours.
Leo arrived and was incredibly friendly throughout the process. He explained the situation in detail and identified potential causes. He suspected that the circuit might have been overloaded, and there was an issue with the neutral wire. Additionally, Leo discovered a safety concern with our 50-amp breaker connected to our AC unit. He emphasized the importance of addressing this issue due to the risk of electrical arcs, which can be hazardous.
In short, Leo not only fixed the original problem but also proactively addressed a potentially dangerous issue that other electricians might have overlooked. He ensured that all the screws securing the wires in our breaker box were tightened and conducted a thorough inspection of any other potential issues related to the breaker box.
