What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically like to schedule a face to face meeting to get to know what another and get a better understanding of their specific needs and wants. If that is not possible, then a phone interview is the next best thing. Then I put together a strategy and time line moving forward that details exactly what I will be doing to help them attain their goals.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a full time licensed agent for nearly 10 years. I also obtained my broker's license about 8 years ago, as well as numerous other designations that required various training, classes, and testing. I also graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I do not. While I do have a typical fee I charge for my service, I understand that many times there are unique circumstances surrounding each home sale that may allow for variances.


How did you get started in this business?

I started as a real estate assistant, became licensed, and move to a full time Realtor.


What types of customers have you worked with?

All sorts of Buyer and Sellers from all walks of life.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

To find somebody with a proven track record for selling homes. Find somebody who also has great positive reviews from past clients who have had great experiences.
