What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work to educated and assist clients with market conditions. It is important to have this knowledge to help navigate through the selling or buying process.
For clients I have assisted with services such as providing staging for vacant homes in preparation for sale. This is a free service new listings at standard rate.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I use the standard market system for property sales in California. Normal rates are from 5 - 6 percent. This rate is split between listing agent and buying agent. I provide additional services but still use the lower of the two price points. Please note that with the market changes these are subject to change.
How did you get started in this business?
Like many of the best agents, I was inspired to become an agent because of a bad experience. I felt that I deserved a positive experience and a Realtor that didn't see me as just another number.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with both buyers and sellers. My clients have been family members inheriting a home, family's going through divorce, first time buyers and even owners looking to downsize. There are too many to discribe but being a sounding board as well a resource to someome making this journey it is important to be a true resource.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
LA cupcake convention. I love to bake and have two (2) daughters that also love to bake. This is our passion. Being able to meet host from favorite shows, purchasing great tools and trying great snacks. Did I mention "Lots of cupcakes."
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone you are comfortable with. This is an important step in your life and finding someone that is knowledgable and willing to work hard towards similar goals is more important than you think.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How available is the agent?
Will they be working directly with that agent?
Can they provide any tools that will spell out the steps and roles of all the "players" in the transaction?
