What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love to assisting first time home buyers and educate them in the home buying process. 

When I meet home buyers for the first time I have them share their dream and wish list with me. 

After the initial consultation, We'll discuss what is important to them and where they would like to buy?

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

1. Experience.

Asked them how long they've been in business.  Make sure they've actually have been in the business long enough that they have seen a lot of different types of transactions and can help negotiate regardless of the situation.

2. Education.

Education is mandatory for all licensed real estate agents but many real estate agents can go above and beyond. Many real estate companies have additional learning facilities for their agents and you want to make sure your agent has gone to the proper training. 

3. Communication.

Communication is key to getting what you want in a real estate transaction.  You need to make it clear how you want to be communicated from the beginning.And how you prefer calls, texts. email or in person, and how often. 

4. Reputation.

 You want an agent that can get the job done. Not an agent that is aggressive but they can also be rude, inconsiderate and downright nasty. Nobody wants to deal with someone like that. Get some references from your agent so that you can contact either past clients. Great agents can keep a calm demeanor but still have an aggressive and kind approach to negotiating with their buyer or seller needs.
