How did you get started in this business?
Matt Graham comes from three generations of Master Plumbers and has over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry. He started Graham Plumbing with a desire to serve Orange County by providing honest, friendly, professional plumbing service.
His focus is on building a reputation within our community for providing quality workmanship at fair, flat-rate pricing. He wanted to build a business that was different than the impersonal corporate plumbing companies whose plumbers work on commission. As a family business, we take pride in being a member of the community and knowing the people we work with.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are a full service plumbing company, meaning we work with both residential and commercial customers, and can handle everything from a clogged drain, to a bathroom or kitchen remodel, to a complete re-pipe of your home or business.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always make sure to confirm that a plumber is licensed and insured. This means that your plumber has received extensive training and is licensed by the Contractor's State License Broad. This also protects you as a consumer by ensuring that your home is covered by the contractor's insurance should anything go wrong.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When you schedule a plumber to come out, this is a great time to think of any non-urgent plumbing issues that you've been putting off (dripping faucets, toilets that constantly run, etc.), and ask them if they can look at and/or fix these items as well. This will help reduce your overall repair costs by saving you a service call charge at a later date, and prevents a minor plumbing issues from become major plumbing disaster down the road.
