What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and my company ask how I can be of service, listen, repeat what I heard so the customer knows that I understand what they need Incase I missed any information, discuss a time to meet for a free estimate. I answer any and all questions they might have to reinsure my knowledge and experience. Discuss service fees and material needed if they haven't already purchased any in advance. If customer chooses to trust my services I then arrive on the day and time requested and provide quality craftsmanship in a timely manner clean up as I work leaving area as it was before I arrived. Make sure customer is completely satisfied with my work and service and ask if there is anything else I can do for them before I leave collect payment and no matter what I always leave my best impression for any future needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training and knowledge on all phases of electricity, metal fabrication, welding and 16 years as facilities maintenance engineer meeting all requirements needed by employer. and epa certified.

How did you get started in this business?
I started as a apartment maintenance technician 30 years ago during that time I held managent positions, as well as a facilities maintenance engineer for 16 of those years and is currently my passion today.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Making sure every "Pro" is experienced in what they are doing is very important as well as proof of their experience and having insurance along with any certifications needed to complete the work requested.

Knowing exactly what services customers need is essential to getting a correct estimate without any surprise charges.
