Most carpets dry within 2–3 hours. The shampoo is near-neutral pH (about 7.5) and includes fabric softeners, color brighteners, antibacterial components, and a crystallizing soil retardant. Additional chemicals may be used for heavily soiled carpets. Upholstery cleaning is available, and customers are advised when items are not good candidates for cleaning.

This single-truck operation focuses on residential work and emphasizes thorough soil agitation before extraction for improved results. Current advertised pricing includes a carpet cleaning special of $79.95 for an entire house up to 1,050 sq. ft., or $19.95 per average-size room (carpet condition permitting), with a $40 minimum charge. Upholstery pricing includes an average sofa at $49.95, loveseat at $29.95, and chair at $19.95. Emergency services are offered.
