About
Our company was founded by technicians and we still operate it that way. We don't believe in high pressure or scare sale tactics or even telling a potential client what they need. Rather, we offer information on what our systems can do performance-wise and let the customer choose the best option for them, depending on desired results and budget.
We offer systems that are a little different than most... more efficient and more user-friendly with the added benefit of being able to custom build a specialty system. Our units are made right here in the United States... Arizona to be exact. It was very important to us to offer a product that is made here at home.
We have over 40 years of combined experience across our team with all of those years working in the field. In short, we know what works and what doesn't. We are licensed, bonded and insured and all of our products are NSF certified. We have received the Angie's List Super Service Award two years in a row, Best of the Best by Home Advisor two years in a row and Thumbtacks Top Pro badge. We are also a BBB Accredited business with an A+ rating.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to schedule an in-person consultation at a prospective customers home after relaying some information via phone or email. That way the customer has a chance to review the information at their leisure and come up with any questions they may have and want answered at the in-home appointment. No hassle and no pressure. We can also determine how a system might be able to be installed at that time and provide a 'Good Faith Estimate' on costs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of combined experience in the field repairing, installing and servicing numerous brands of systems.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our standard service fee is $85.00 and that covers the trip to the home and 1 hour of labor. Most service appointments can be completed within 1 hour. If circumstances dictate, labor past the first hour is charged at $55.00 per hour.
How did you get started in this business?
I began as a salt delivery person but wanted to learn more after realizing how water treatment products can make a person's life better, easier and healthier. A limited background in chemistry helped me better understand the processes involved.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers of all backgrounds and cultures. Everyone's life involves using water in some aspect and improving the quality of the water to make chores easier, appliances last longer and bodies healthier is the our ultimate goal... we like to say "Better Water for a Better Life".
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The best advice I can give is to get at least 3 quotes from different providers. That way you can see what may be overpriced, oversold or overhyped.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
There are endless opinions when researching water treatment systems and applications. Sometimes it can be overwhelming. Get opinions from multiple sources and use those opinions to help decide what you'd like to accomplish for end-result water quality. Not all systems do what they are advertised to do.
