What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will simply come out, take a look at their pool, assess it and see what cleaning/chemical services need done, then we sit down and talk about how we can get on a schedule to get me out once a week, & last, but not least we talk about how much it will cost to maintain your pool!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training and studying the science and processes behind keeping a pool sparkling clean! I recently graduated with a bachelors in management & got an associates in business and accounting; so I have prepared myself to run a business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
One time cleaning/service- $80-$115 (depending on pool size)
twice monthly cleaning/service (biweekly)- $90-$125 per month
weekly cleaning/service- $100-$130 per month
How did you get started in this business?
I have a love for Arizona. And I love having my family come and enjoy a crystal clear pool when they visit. I want everyone to be able to say the same! Look at your pool and instantly know you want people to come and see it and swim in it. I am a young driven individual who wants to start and thrive in the pool industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all customers. If you have a pool that you do not want to maintain, but want it to look crystal clear and run properly, then I want to work with you!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who is going to put in the same effort to keep your pool in tip-top shape like that would do for their own!
