What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk or text via phone to determine needs. Set appointment to confirm or troubleshoot issues and present timely and fair pricing for services required. Weekly service is billed monthly and pre-paid and repairs are paid on-site at time of repair. Large repairs may require a deposit.
