What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our customers call or email to schedule work. At that time we'll define the problem and schedule a tech visit. Payment is due at the time of service and we accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training is offered at our regular staff meetings. Which focus on new product demonstrations, web videos and technician discussion of methods and processes. Every meeting has a discussion of job site and other safety issues.
