I've been in business since 1995. I mainly specialize in Valve and Timer problems. I am a professional. Two hour windows. Truck like a warehouse. 5 yr warranty on parts. Only use the best materials available and have the experience and expertise to install the parts correctly. Can effectively diagnose weird or hard to figure out symptoms, wiring problems, leaks under concrete, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call and tell me the problem they're having and if it's something I can help with, usually they will text me their information and I'll send them back the appointment time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started this repair business around 1995 so there's not too many things I haven't seen before. I have lots of specialized tools and a lot of experience so makes for a very efficient experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It's $150 for the first hour of labor and $100 for the following hours plus the parts, and comes with a five year warranty. It'll be done correctly and with the best materials.
How did you get started in this business?
My wife lost her job and I started doing this after work every day at my regular job. Eventually was making more money doing this part time than the full time job, so started doing this full time and never looked back.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with every race, religion, deaf, blind, LGBTQ, commercial and residential. As long as I'm treated with kindness and respect, I can work with you.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Installing a sleeve under a 3 car driveway. I really didn't think I could do it but saved the customer from having to reroute the entire property.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Most problems you'll have with a sprinkler system leads back to the installation. Inferior parts installed incorrectly is most of the problems. If you're going to pay money for a repair, at least make sure you won't have to repair the same thing again in the future.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Being able to turn the system on and see what's happening so they can describe it. Most customers can't relay what's happening so it makes it hard to stay on schedule when you have no idea what's wrong until you get there.
