What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call and talk to customer and try to get a little more idea of what the project is maybe send me some pictures or make a side visit free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years maintenance 35 years stucco and Stone business. Vice president, senior estimator, project manager, owner.Experienced in all stucco repairs, interior plastering, drywall, missionary, concrete and tile. And also painting small jobs. Project manager in fire and flood Restoration, and company liaison. I have ran companies in Las Vegas Phoenix and Kingman at the same time. Associate's degree in electronics technology. Salesman in the AC business for two and a half years. Experience in infrared saunas repairs.

I believe each job and service is an individual task some are easier than others some are more complicated I like to give a price that is more realistic and not overpriced after seeing the job then just trying to bid it online meeting them customer and getting a feel for them letting them get a feel for me and give them the most honest price I can by seeing the job in person. As my slogan is repairs done with integrity and experience. My service calls and repairs are done only on weekends only as I have a commitment during the week. I have lots of experience in a lot of different fields so if you'd like something done on the weekends and it works for you give me a chance and we'll go from there.
