What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer, is to first do a meet and greet. I like to give the customer a chance to meet me, as well as for me to meet the pet, and that way everyone gets a chance to see if we feel its a match. Also, if the animal has a bit of anxiety or aggression to new people, it helps them feel more at ease after smelling me, and seeing that I am someone friendly and safe, to allow into their environment.
