About
We strive at all times to provide the best service possible and to turn your dreams into a reality. We do our best to be available to our clients whenever they need us and we are currently beta testing a new software program that allows our customers to have their own login to our management software so they can see all of the pertinent information on their project in real time.
I have always enjoyed taking that vision to reality. It's always so enjoyable at the end of a project to see the reaction from our clients and their family and friends!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do as much communication as possible in writing through email, text, or through the message service so both parties can always refer to them later. We also provide all of our clients with their own unique login for our management software so they can see the progression of their project at all times. We are all human and can forget something that is said but if it’s in writing it can always be reviewed later. I also like to be sure I have a complete understanding of a project prior to providing numbers because no one likes to find out something is going to be way more expensive than originally thought.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do have some standard pricing elements but honestly everything is tweaked slightly from job to job based on site conditions or the desired outcome of the project.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out framing on new construction roughly 25 years ago. Earlier than that I worked with my father on projects around the house and he was an excellent teacher since he holds a PhD in engineering and was a Sea Bee in the Navy. After that I have worked hands on in multiple trades until going into business for myself.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked for all types of customers through out the years and have learned how to work with all kinds of personalities.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a pro that understands your vision and who you feel you can work with through the whole process since you may be working together for several months in close proximity.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The first thing to decide is what you want to have done and the next thing is to develop a budget you are comfortable with for that project. Then you can contact pros with a clear scope of work and you have an idea of what you are comfortable spending so the pro can better steer your expectations or project to your desired outcome.
