What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we conduct a phone interview to determine if there is a fit between our company and the potential clients expectations including budget and scope of work. Once we determine there is a fit we set up a face to face to visit the site and meet the decision makers in person to again determine if it makes sense for everyone to move forward in the process. If so, during that meeting we establish next steps and expectations for the next meeting and continue toward a contract between the parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensing and over 20 years of experience working in Commercial and Residential contracting.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your homework look at the license history and be sure your comfortable with the team that will perform the work. Initial Price should never be the primary consideration.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Disruption in their home if they are living in it, duration of the project, inconveniences they may have to deal with to accomplish the project professionally.
