What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact the customer to know about the state of the concrete, the square footage, and the kind of coating he is looking to apply on his concrete.
After that, we will send him an estimate and he thinks the estimate is on his budget, we will stop by to explain to him the process, help him choose the color and product to be used, and add him to our schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10 years of experience in the concrete coating market. Besides that, all our workers have been trained in at least one class of concrete coating and preparation offered by our concrete coating's suppliers.

Most of our customers are homeowner or businessowners looking to update the style of their floors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for references, previous pictures, and coating process. Remember that all 100% solid or polyaspartic coats have a lifetime warranty, but this warranty is voided if the concrete is not correctly prepared, like using acid washing to prep the floor. All concrete floors must be grinded prior to applying the coat over.
