What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls in for a quote. We make an appointment at customers location and provide a FREE estimate for doing the service. Once the customer accepts the proposal, an appointment is set to complete the work. We take 1/2 down on at the end of the first days work with balance paid upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold the contracting Licenses for all the work that we do. I have 24 years working in the floor restortion business. In addition I am accounting and business savy, having graduated with a BS in Finance and an MBA
