I have owned several homes where I've learned to appreciate the value in quality craftsmanship. Always wanting to do my own work I've learned many disciplines and become pretty good at what I do.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I use a software based pricing app that takes into consideration current market trends in the area I'm working and provides me with a low and a high figure. Within this I look for where my hourly rates are met and aim for that. I've not lost many bids to over pricing.
