What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inform the customer of the process of installation of the flooring and match the flooring type to rhe customers needs and preference.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone to several product manufacturers training along with 15 years of installation experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is based on several factors that are required for each floor. It's not a one price fits all floors.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in 2004 when I was searching for a small business that could operate myself. The Decorative Concrete Industry was very interesting to me because I can transform an ugly concrete floor into something that is beautiful and functional.

Both Residential and Commercial customers
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure to know the installation process and what requirements the product has to be sure the installation is done properly. Find out what the product is that is being used and the durability of that product.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do not expect to get the highest quality product for the lowest price. Always find out what the products are that are being quoted for your job. Only compare pricing as "apples to apples".
