What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I start by developing a positive relationship that leads to the description of the work with a detailed plan to attack the work and supply all necessary products that would be done in writing by the form of an invoice
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training as an electrician covers in detail the process of being educated by a local union IBEW
I also have extensive education in electrical technology along with 30 years of experience as an electrician
