"ALWAYS IN ALL WAYS"
"BUILDING PEOPLE BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS"
These are to company mottos we remind ourselves about very often.
Very much of the technicians & construction craftsman enjoy building things, take a lot of pride in the work, aware of the amount of coordination with other trades and the immense amount of satisfaction when walking away after everything came together to see a finished product.
it's just a bonus when turned over to the owner or client and you can see the satisfaction and happiness.
Those moments above pull you through the not so fun labor intensive activities, some of the safety risks along the way and the financial risk taken by the business owners.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we spend a decent amount of time up front with the customer so we get a good understanding what the customer wants. This allows us to provide them feedback, great price and timeframe for the job. ALWAYS recommend to the customer to obtain two quotes that are broken out in detail with scope and price. Once the customer receives our pricing a 1 on 1 review if wanted willl take place. Then the job will be scheduled and agreed upon. Work is then completed and walked with customer. Upon a happy customer payment is Recieved.

Our work can be very different from job to job so it's hard to standardize our services. Projects that are service calls have a standard 2hr show up charge with hourly rates if requested on Time and Material jobs. Most of our jobs are given estimates and then work is completed.
