Not only do we do pet sitting but we also do farm sitting. That is correct. We will stay on your farm and care for your livestock. These animals can't be taken to a boarding facility. I have raised both horses and cattle for many years and feel comfortable with both. Let us give you the freedom to be able to travel for pleasure and business.
When you are raised around animals you always have that special spot in your heart for them. I missed that until I started the service. I have so many grand dogs and furry friends that it wonderful. When I drive up and someone greets me with tails wagging it is wonderful. Being able to allow a client to leave home knowing that their animals will be well cared for and loved is a blessing. I had one client tell her dogs they were leaving but the dogs were too busy with me to bother. When a horse kickers at you in the morning and the goats know you have the feed that is what this service is all about.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new client, I always visit not only with the client but the animals. Sometimes there is a personality conflict and that is not what we want. I explain my background and how this service came about. I always ask for their question and concerns. Some clients have questions about small items but these are their "family" and I understand that. By asking if they want pictures and updates daily it helps them to be more comfortable with me. If possible the visit is set at feeding time and that ensures that I see how they manage that process. In my contract I try to cover as many item that might come up as possible as in where the main water shut off is or where feed is purchased.
