What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with new customers and just explain to them what some of my experience is. I will explain some things I specialize in and I can show them pictures of work that I have done in the past. Then we can take a look at the particular job and I will provide a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma and I also am one semester short of having my associate's degree from college. I did go to college and completed the technical courses to become a CNC programmer and machinist and was a machinist by trade for almost 15 years. I have been doing carpentry work and repairing things for as long as I can remember. I have probably 20 years of this type of work from doing this stuff on the side for years.
