How did you get started in this business?
I started working for my dad at the age of 13. He owned a successful remodeling business for 30 years. He closed his business and retired temporarily and I opened my business a year later and he came out of retirement and joined me in my business

successfully laying 2300 sqft of luxury vinyl plank flooring in 1 week with myself and my wife while I gave all the guys a week vacation.

just get a feel for the individual and the way they carry themselves.
