We groom 7 days a week. We also offer self-service pet bathing 24/7 that customers routinely call, "So much better than the bathtub!" In addition we sell high quality, highly rated Fromm dog food and many natural and herbal products for dogs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients call us [(304)760-8989 ] or use the "Book Now" button on our website [bellyscrubs.com] or Facebook page. We get information on the pet and agree on an appointment time. When the pet comes in our grooming staff talks to the client about what is wanted. Depending on various things, the appointments usually last 1 to 2 hours. We then call and tell the client the pet is ready to pick up and ask that they do so within an hour of the call. The groomer then talks to the client to be sure that all is right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has been trained and attends annual training conferences. Our head groomer was trained at one of the region's leading schools in Ohio.
