Reeds Independent Drain Tile Test LLC

Reeds Independent Drain Tile Test LLC, based in Milwaukee, WI, provides independent inspection and testing of interior and exterior drain tile systems for homeowners, buyers, and sellers. When basement leakage is suspected by a homeowner, Realtor, foundation consultant, or home inspector, the company performs a comprehensive drain tile test. The process includes opening small sections of the basement floor to visually inspect the interior drain tile, running water through the system to trace flow and identify blockages, and core-drilling select block cavities near inspection points to check for water or debris. Exterior drain tile is tested with a water spud when accessible. After testing, any removed drain tile and stone are reset and the floor is patched with cement. Clients receive a written report detailing the condition of the drain tile and recommended repairs, which can be provided to contractors. Reeds Independent Drain Tile Test LLC is an inspection-only service and does not perform repair work.
