Timory Naples Realtor
About
I grew up in Brookfield, Wisconsin and currently live in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. I received my Bachelor of Science from Creighton University in Environmental Science and after taking a year off and working full time I returned to Creighton for my law degree. I am a licensed attorney in the State of Nebraska, Wisconsin, and the United States Federal Court.
I have worked as an environmental consultant, environmental compliance specialist, attorney for a title insurance company, county prosecutor, online professor teaching Business Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate Economics, and Environmental Law and created a house flipping company in 2016. I left the legal and teaching realm to pursue my true passion, which is real estate. I have worked with clients all over southeastern Wisconsin, including Waukesha, Brookfield, Whitefish Bay, Greenfield, Milwaukee, Bay View, Fox Point, Cedarburg, and Wauwatosa just to name a few. I thoroughly enjoy what I do as it offers new challenges and provides me with a sense of accomplishment on a daily basis. I love that I am able to meet such wonderful people and help them on their journey to finding a home.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Standard commission in Wisconsin for a Buyer's Agent is 2.4%, unless otherwise stated in the MLS (Metro Listing Service.) My commission on a listing varies.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a realtor after I bought and flipped a house in 2016. I took the realtor's exam to become a licensed sales agent in 2016. Then, after working as a sale's agent for a year and a half, I sat for the broker's exam in early 2018.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with customers looking for a house for the first time all the way down to customers who are downsizing upon retirement. I've even worked with investors and rehabbers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I always tell my clients to work with a full time realtor. Part time realtors are not as up to date on the law, negotiation tactics, or contracts. Once the customer finds a realtor that is full time and knowledgeable in their desired location, meet that realtor to see if your personalities work well together. I always tell my clients to work with someone they personally like.
