I have been in the busibess since 2012. I grew up with animals both large and small on my family dairy farm. I have Associate Degrees in Agri-Business, Dairy Science, and Crop Science. I have a Bachelors in Business Management. Also, I have taken many courses in animal care such as small animal emergency care and dog training and psychology. I am a NAPPS member. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer and I settle on a date(s) then we have a meet and greet to familiarize their pet with me and just get to know each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have animal science related associate degrees as well as Small Animal Emergency Care class and a course completed in Dog Psychology and Obedience.

I have standard rates the only thing that affects the rate is mileage which is individually factored for each customer.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Try and figure out what type of service you’re looking for such as boarding in a sitters home or check ups in your home or even boarding at a kennel. You also want to have your dates ready.
