We recently opened a 2400 sq. ft. warehouse on the southeast side of Waukesha.
The Today's LifeStyle Solutions Warehouse contains a variety of merchandise from estate sales and from homes that the company has organized or decluttered in preparation for sale.
Open each Tuesday between 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. and by appointment, a wide assortment of products are available at reduced prices, including weekly specials.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a one hour, FREE consultation, with every new client to discuss what exactly, they need done. Every situation is different, so we proceed from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started this company with my own money in 2011. That year I had one estate sale. This year, 2017, I expect to have 35-40 sales.

How did you get started in this business?
I started Today’s LifeStyle Solutions to give people a helping hand when they decided, or circumstances determined, that a change in their lives was needed. Whether it’s a desire to downsize, relocate, divorce, an “empty nest,” or the death of a loved one, change or transitioning can leave people feeling overwhelmed. We’re here to make life easier.
At one time or another, I’ve personally dealt with all of these situations, so I know what you’re experiencing. I came to understand these situations so well that it seemed natural to use my personal experiences and organizational skills developed from a 25-year banking industry career to assist people in avoiding the issues that can pop up, while helping put them on the path to new beginnings.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients that wanted to liquidate the contents of their entire home, people that wanted to stage their homes for sale, organizing & de-cluttering projects, small & not so small repairs, painting, to name a few.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
One of my recent clients retired to Ecuador & needed the contents of their entire home sold. Mission accomplished!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I operate differently than most companies. My staff & I work on an hourly basis, not commission. The family members & friends may help as much or as little as they choose, to help defray the cost.
