Working with new customers we really enjoy! We can help you determine what the best fit is for you and any others important in your decision making process. We educate you every step of the way........explaining all aspects to you so you know what to expect. We guide each area so that it is stress free for you and your experience is a great memory for you.
We have many years of experience, and we take an educated approach in assisting you with the right price to pay, negotiating for you. Then being there when the property is inspected, and all the way to your closing day.

College educated, entreprenuer with over 20 years of property investing & management. Certified as a broker manager, accredited buyers representative, listing specialist for residential and luxury homes, lake & waterfront sales, land, business, and commercial sales. Background in finance, banking and all types of real estate.

Our company offers tailored for you. We have a no cost buyer representation program. Sellers will have options on how they want their home represented, and the services they would like. Saving sellers money, by offering leveled services with less costs related.
How did you get started in this business?
Fell in love with real estate as an investor many years ago. So many of my business contacts and friends wanted to do what i was doing too and wanted my assistance, so I received my real estate brokerage license.
Years later I still enjoy what I do, and I am happy to make an impact for my clients each and every day.Smiling faces and being there for many people during their life changes is an honor to do and be a part of. Making a difference for people I work with in real estate is a great thing to do!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look to find a agent or broker that has years of experience, and expertise in the type of property you are looking to purchase or sell.
Ask questions of this person, and meet with them. It is always good to share your expectations that you may have in mind, but also ask how that person is going to assist you moving forward. If you are comfortable with the responses and the person then it may be a good match for you.
Using a professional realtor in your area does make a difference. They can assist you selling your property for a higher seller take away, as well as negotiate with tools that the professional know, to work to get the best price possible on the home or property you are looking to purchase.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
