Tim and Nancy Rigsby are a husband and wife team with over 40 years of experience in renovations, historic renovations, remodeling and custom home building. As an architect, Nancy has a great sense of design and knack for the details while Tim executes the construction of each project. We want to be flexible and accommodating to our clients because it's important to be there for you when you need us. We're changing the relationship between homeowner and builder. We truly enjoy working with clients who have ideas of their own and are intimately involved in the entire process. We want to capture your ideas and combine them with our expertise to create a quality space that you, your family, and friends can enjoy for years to come. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a Design Build Firm, we work closely with our Client from start to finish. We spend the time needed upfront in Design to assure that they can get the most they can. We use 3D design software to help bring visualization to their project. We then create the full set of Plans for the project and price the project. Our pricing is brokend down by scope and transparent for them to understand the costs of the project. Once the Deisgn and Pricing are inplace, then we will build the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Concierge approach in working closely with our clients every step along the way from Design thru Construction is our goal in keepng them educated and knowledgable of the options available for their project. Our proposals are broken down so tha they can better understand the costs of their project.
