What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy sitting with a new client and finding out what thier goals are. We talk about the entire process from getting pre-approved, to looking at homes, or staging and photos and showings of thier home, to making or reciviving an offer, what it will take to get to the closing table and finally giving the keys to thier new home or getting a check to start thier new adventure! I am here for the whole process!
