What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call and/or email new customers to make an introduction.
Buyers are welcome to meet with us at our office for a buyer consulation, or we will communicate via their preferred contact method! We have a trusted team of lenders we work with and are happy to refer buyers to them to get pre-approved.
We ask sellers to give us a little background on the home they are looking to sell-- then we set up a meeting to walk through the home to discuss value, possible repairs that can be done to increase the value, and our marketing strategy.

6% commission for listings. We are not a discount broker--you get what you pay for!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Sellers: you get what you pay for! Interview multiple agents and listen to what services and marketing you get for the cost-- discount brokers are discounted because they leave out certain marketing strategies (that could make you more money in the long-run)!
Buyers: we don't get paid to show houses, we get paid to sell houses! Find the ONE agent that you "click" with and they will work for you (at no cost) to find you the home of your dreams!
