There is no typical process in either buying or selling a home in that we work with people on a very individual basis.

Combined our talents in construction and was "natural."

We have worked with every kind of customers from first time buyers to multi million dollar sellers...the diversity is the challenge and intrigue of the profession.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

  Ask for references, their list to sale average, how many of their listings expire.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

 Reasons they have to buy or sell. Budgets for either buying or selling. Getting an objective set of eyes to look at a property for sale.
