What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we make contact with our clients, We generally get required contact information, and answer any questions the client may have, concerns about the property, questions etc. We then schedule an appointment, and send out the appointment confirmation and a short state required inspection agreement for the state of Wisconsin. We will then call ahead to confirm the appointment and finally meet our Client(s) at the property for the Inspection. We go through every aspect of the property and explain in detail any and all concerns, general maintinence duties, and try to leave our clients Better informed of the property in which they are interested in. We also provide support after the inspection free of charge, Just call us and let us know any concerns and we will help in anyway we can. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully State licensed, NACHI Certified and a full member as well. I also have 18+ years as a General Contractor in Northeastern Wisconsin and after school certifications like pool ands spa certified, Foundation and Structure, Roofing, Radon Gas and many more to name a few.
