Our Certified Home Inspector will spend 2 to 3 hours thoroughly evaluating all aspects of the property you are purchasing, from the roof to the foundation and all areas in between.
We want you to come along with us during the course of your inspection. Okay, if you’re a seasoned home buyer it may not be as important that you’re there the entire time.
However, if you’re new to the home buying process, it’s very important that you’re there from start to finish as we’ll not only inspect the house you’re buying, but we’ll share with you what needs to be maintained and why. You’ll get an education about your new home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At House to Home Inspections, it’s our job to look for those problems for you. The Home Inspection is an unbiased, professional assessment of the condition of the house. It provides you an expert opinion and professional report on the condition of the physical structure and various systems within a house. Giving you peace of mind on what is likely the largest purchase you’ll ever make.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our inspectors are personally trained by Scott Newcomer, Owner of House to Home Inspections who has over 30 years experience within the home inspection and education industries. As the original co-founder of the American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT), and current Founder of ATI Home Inspector Training, and as a former member of both the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI), Scott understands what it takes to build successful home inspectors.
In addition, Scott graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in Construction Management and was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly, where he served his constituents.

A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation. Your home inspection report will include an evaluation of the condition of the home’s structural system (foundation), electrical system, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, plumbing system, floors, walls, ceilings, and appliances. The goal of an inspection is to make the purchaser more aware of the structure’s strengths, weaknesses and potential safety concerns.
