What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to ask the correct questions upfront so that we can better try to solve the problems the first time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All electricians must serve at least a five year apprenticship.
We are required to have a minimum fo 5 years with 2000 hours per year of verified work before we are allowed to take the state test.
The new electricians have a failure rate of 95% for the test.
All State Master Electricians have earned their status.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We use a " Flat rate " pricing structure. We sit down and break the project down as a line item and we price each item to come up with a total cost.
