About
We ave been in business for 25 years providing high quality professional pet care services. Our groomers are master-level trained show groomers who know how to make even the simplest trim look its best.
We have a safe, secure facility - sanitized daily and cleaned continuously. In-residence obedience and manners training is available, and obedience training with you and your dog together is also available. Our doggy PlayCare program is the only one in the area that is held in a securely fenced 1-acre park (on good-weather days) and a 5,000 square foot building. We have decades of experienced in all aspects of pet care.
Everyone on staff loves animals - particularly dogs and cats. Several of our staff members breed and show dogs, and our young workers all have professional pet care handling experience. I love working in a professional environment where everyone is committed to learning about all aspects of pet care and continuing on in careers working with dogs. Dogs are a passion here, not just a passing fancy.
The owner is a local resident who breeds AKC basset hounds and bedlington terriers, and is also an AKC judge. She is committed to making the community a great place to live. She has been on a local school board, a Rotarian, past Executive Director of United Way, and a writer for local and national magazines.
25 years ago she invested her life-savings in building a facility the community would be proud to support. Services have expanded over the years to include doggy PlayCare, private membership PlayPark, training seminars for aspiring groomers, in-residence obedience and manners training, and training classes for obedience and conformation showing.
My daughter, who graduated from Slinger High School, joined the staff as a master groomer in 2015. She manages the grooming department, and is constantly looking for ways to upgrade her skills assist the other groomers who work for us. Her son is also now working part-time in the kennel for 3-generations of commitment to quality pet care.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to find out exactly what kind of service the customer wants, then we design a stay that is right for their pet and their budget. We prefer phone calls 262.677.4500 because we like to discuss the details of each pet's needs, but we will also accept online appointments through our website at www.ccpetresort.com.
Tours of the newly remodeled facility are available upon request, but limited due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Face coverings are rquired for everyone in our public places.
