Delta Design, LLC. is a full service Building Design Group, Capable of providing everything from Site analysis, Architectural Planning, Structural Engineering, and MEP Design, to Construction Management and Contract Administration.

No project is too small. From Outhouses to Factories, we do them all. We have registered professional staff (WI, MN, IA, CO) and LEED AP staff, and currently provide services to clients in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.

We also have hourly and Sq. Ft rates, depending on the project type. We will provide as many of the services as YOU choose. You decide, it's your project, you’re in charge.

The relationship between the Building Designer and the client should be a close one. The Client should not be stressed out about coming up with a design. That's why I'm here. I believe in keeping the initial design stage as light as possible. That doesn't mean that I don't take the Client's input seriously, it's just that maitaining a smile thru the process is so much better than a frown. To work with the Client and get their creative juices flowing, creative juices they didn't know they had, makes the process that much more enjoyable.
