Buyers -- We do not charge a Fee. Why? Because we are paid at closing through the Seller or Seller's Agent.
Sellers: We offer a "variable" Commission based upon some Incentives we Offer at the time of Listing your peoperty. The best News? We are a Discount Commission Brokerage AND we give you FULL SERVICE. So you do not sacrifice anything. My question is: Why Pay More?
How did you get started in this business?
My background is Administration and Marketing - I ran a Business Support Staff company for 18 years and then met and married Ron Dahlberg who had just started 1 Month Realty. o I guess you could say "I married into the business".
What types of customers have you worked with?
My client-base is very diversified: first time homebuyers, move-up buyers and sellers, Military (I am also a Vet), Relocations. My product? Residential Homes, Condominiums, Townhomes, investment properties and Vacant Land. Whether you are looking to buy or sell I'm your Gal! I have sold thousands of homes and love what I do.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently worked with a Military couple relocating from California to the Great Lakes Naval Base. I helped them find a home "in their absence" by previewing homes and doing mini videos of the properties so the buyers could participate on-line and then facilitated all the details through to closing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Work with an Experienced Real Estate Agent who has a good reputation on-line and off-line. An Agent who has a presence on social media and who goes the extra mile and answers their phone and/or text messages. Communication is very important in this business. An Agent who is disciplined, decidated, dependable, knowledgeable, organized, a good listener and motivated.

3) Do they have time to take care of your real estate needs
4) Are you (buyer) pre-approved and "if not" can the agent refer you to a reliable local lender
