About
Honesty, transparency as well as unbridled determination are the three aspects that I consistently set forth with client relationships. Every transaction (whether representing the seller or buyer), is unique and is approached with a team mentality. That team like approach allows us to find the best possible solution for the specific scenario we are in, and yield the desired results.
With over 10 years of experience and being in the top 1% of individual agents in the Southeast Wisconsin market you can feel confident that whether you are completing a traditional residential transaction or are looking to complete an "as-is" sale, I have you covered.
Due to the difference in each client's situation and understanding that difference, we have been able to compile specific advantages for our clients See below for what you can expect from Edge Realty Group, whether you are a seller or a buyer.
Our Seller Clients can take advantage of the following ERG Perks at no extra cost:
- Never pay more than 4% to sell your home with us
- Ability to pay for buyer requested repairs, derived from the home inspection, at closing, in lieu of having to come up with the additional funds prior to closing.
-No minimum commission on lower priced homes, nor administrative fees
-Professional photos (including drone photos, and video walkthrough tours)
-90 day listing contracts
-100% transaction management from showings, to offer negotiations, to closing
-Estimated net proceeds sheet prior to signing a listing contract with us, to ensure transparency
Our Buyer Clients can Expect the Following Perks (at no extra cost):

- Access to lenders with experience in all different loan types (first time buyer, no down payment, rehab, etc)
-We will be there every step of the way from looking at homes with you all the way to the closing table.
The best part of my job is coming up with out of the box marketing techniques to make sure my clients net the most from the sale of their home.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new sellers - (depending on comfort level and property type) we either do a virtual listing appointment or schedule an in home listing appointment where comparable properties are brought and we determine an accurate sale price, and marketing strategy. No listing contracts will be brought to the initial appointment, to ensure there is 0 pressure. For new buyers - we initially schedule a phone call, to figure out what your new home picture looks like. We figure out a lender to go to to get pre-approved and then we start the house hunt!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of being a top producing real estate agent. In order to further develop the techniques that are used by myself (and team) I opened Edge Realty Group in 2020.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Comission will never exceed 4% of sales price of your home.
How did you get started in this business?
I initially began by getting my Associates degree from Waukesha county technical college for real estate. After I obtained my degree I ended up headed into the sales aspect of real estate.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all different kind of clients. No home sale nor purchase is ever the same. We handle luxury sales to "as-is" home sales.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Since Edge Realty Group has been open (2020) - We have hit the ground running. Our agents sell a home every 4 days!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you click with whoever you hire! Whether buying or selling you are going to be spending a lot of time with your agent, and it is incredibly important to work together as a unit. - You cannot work together if you don't click.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1) How long will it take to sell? 2) What marketing strategy is being used? 3) What can you do different?
