Make initial contact and discuss their situation. Then upon initial contact prioritze the next steps (meeting, emails, phone calls)to facilitate moving forward with customers needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To maintain my State of Wisconsin credentials I have to renew my licenses regularly. That show's proof of insurance and the continual education credits performed to maintain contractor qualifier (which allows for obtaining building permits).
