What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and great (since Covid, phone call or Zoom calls) to start. Client must get pre approved by a lender before we go out to look at houses. Decided if were a good fit, combine a list of properties to look at, go look and make sure we we like each other and then continue on until we find a property to make an offer on. I educate my buyers and sellers every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the real estate business since 2005
How did you get started in this business?
I was working for a title company helping Realtors build their business. I knew it was a good fit for me and proceeded to get my license. The rest is history :-)
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with buyers, sellers, investors, people upsizing, down sizing, right sizing, first time home buyers, retirees, people buying vacation homes, the list is endless....
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am a big animal lover and one of the things I do is volunteer for a local boxer rescue called Wigglin Home Boxer Rescue. We just had our annual fundraiser. It had to be online since we can't meet in person yet.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are a good fit! Ask questions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much can you afford? Have you talked to a lender?
What is your timeframe?
Do you have kids you want in a certain school district?
