I RECIEVED A CALL AT 8AM ABOUT A PROPERTY THAT I TOOK OFF THE MARKET. THE REALTOR AUGUSTUS WHO CALLED ME ON MY PHONE WAS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING, I ASKED HIM IF HE KNEW THE TIME? HE KEPT ASKING ME IF THE HOUSE WAS STILL AVAILABLE? I WOULD NOT GIVE HIM THE ANSWER HE WANTED. AS I KEPT SAYING DO YOU KNOW THE TIME? SO BEFORE HE HUNG UP, HE SAID WELL YOU WILL BE GETTING 40 CALLS TODAY, I HOPE YOU WONT BE SO RUDE TO THEM!

Dont waste your time with independent agents that do not have a real home office. We made this mistake with our fitst agent. Our first agent was really nice but they were an independent agent that did not have the resources of home office. We lost out on potentially tens of thousands because we did not have the right advice in those crucial first few weeks of listing our home. We fumbled around for about two months before we decided to make a change. Matt and Guy met with us and gave us sound advice on the little things we needed to do to the house to make it show better. They were very knowledgeable and honest. They held open houses every weekend and the house was sold in 20 days! Consider this: when you are hiring Matt you are hiring an agent that has a home office staffed with a whole team of full time professionals. If only we had started off with them, I honestly believe we could have sold our house for much more. Do your self a favor and really interview any potential agent before signing up with them and dont select an agent because they are a friend of a friend. You want the best out there to help you with the most important financial transaction of your life. You cant go wrong with Matt and his team.

There are really not adequate words to describe Manny Ceprianos work ethic, personality, availability, knowledge and dedication to his clients. Manny worked with us as if we were going to be buying a million-dollar house when in fact we could afford only just a small house but treated us no differently than he would treat somebody that he could earn a much larger commission from. He was available to us at all times no matter the time of day or the day of the week. Manny worked hard and more than and worked above and beyond what he had to and not one time did he have anything less than absolute positivity encouragement and smiles. And Not only would I go back to Manny for anything I will tell anyone and everyone about Manny Cepriano because he is one of the kindest and the hardest working realtor/ person I have ever met and now we have our lovely house and met such an incredible person in all aspects of the word, and I hope for the rest of time, we keep in touch because he truly has helped us in more ways than just finding us our new home. 5 stars is not near enough...

Matt was patient, highly knowledgeable about Tacoma real estate market, and was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. He also has tons of experiences in short sales and REO properties. In this stressful and competitive market, our house hunt would be more difficult without Matts help! Thanks Matt!
