I have 3 dogs, one of which is a St. Bernard and this was the only mobile Groomer that was equipped to groom extra large dogs. Venessa did a beautiful job with my big girl and she wasnt traumatized when it was all over. Will definitely use her again for all 3 of my fur balls.

Vanessa is the BEST! Friendly and sweet. My dog loves her and shes great with my dog. Shes always on time and ready for you. She gives the best clean cuts. Very detailed. Even after couple weeks, my dog still looks clean and not shaggy/messy. I highly recommend!

My dog Brutus is a big, ninety pound love. Hes also blind, so some simple experiences are nerve-wracking for him. Any time we go somewhere new, I have to plan ahead and be prepared to leave immediately if he decides its too much to handle. The first time we went to a salon, he was terrified. Too much noise, too many people, and way too many dogs.
Classic Tails is the perfect solution. Its just him and Vanessa, in an area he can easily explore and be comfortable with. Moreover, Vanessa is the best person to work with him. She is gentle and patient, but ready and able to maneuver him into place if need be. She talks to him the whole time, so he knows hes not alone, and she has everything on hand he could possibly need, including a noise-muffling headband and biodegradable doggy poop bags!
Brutus doesnt need any kind of special haircut, but he does need someone patient and kind, and very skilled and experienced with all kinds of dogs. Classic Tails gives him that, plus it has the added benefit of coming to him! That alone makes the experience worth every penny.
Just look how happy he is in the picture! That is all Vanessas doing.
I cannot recommend Classic Tails and Vanessa strongly enough. If you have any kind of special needs dog, shes the one you want to call.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact we schedule an appointment and talk about service and style, which we go over again face to face. I arrive at your service location take your dog to my mobile salon, complete the service and return to you.
Service times are typically much shorter than that of a traditional salon, in a much more calming environment, which goes a long way for anxious/stressed dogs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPR certified, many many hours of ongoing education.
