About
Hi. My name is Shelly. I have been a groomer for 20 years. I am semi retired and have a grooming shop in my home. I work one on one with your dogs. When they are in the shop they will be the only one there. I do not cage you dog. When not on the table or in the tub, they will have the run of the shop. If you are more comfortable staying with your pet then you are more than welcome.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to show you my cute little shop. We can deside what you would like me to do with your pet and discuss what can be done to make you and your pet happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a grooming manager for a large corporation for 12 years in San Diego. Then I started my own grooming business that I had for 10 years. I recently moved back to Spokane and am hoping to build my business here.

How did you get started in this business?
I became a groomer to make a difference to the dogs. There are so many horrible stories about grooming experiences. I felt the need to change that.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
#1. Make sure they are kind. You want your best friend to want to go back. You of course want your dog to look good, but you also want them to be safe.
